Why Most Remodels Stall And How We Stay on Schedule

We’ve all heard a similar story of a remodeling project that took WAY longer than what was expected. The contractor went on vacation and paused the job, the sub-contractors didn’t show up, the materials are unavailable, poor project management and scheduling, etc. These are all scenarios that can easily turn a 3-4 week project into a 3-4 month project.

At Kitchen & Flooring Center, our projects typically take about 2-3 weeks for a standard bathroom or kitchen. A master bathroom or exceptionally large kitchen might add another week depending on size, but we usually abide by our set schedule.

Our project managers are at the job site every morning, making sure everything is running on schedule and all the specified work is getting taken care of. We meet with you every day if you’re at home, but if you’re not you can reach us at any time during our business hours.
